  1. Believe it or not, I JUST recently tasted Nutella for the first time...Oh MY GOODNESS! Pure heaven in a jar! I keep eyeing the 2 pack at Costco everytime I see it, but I'm afraid it would be gone within a week.

  2. Oh goodness ... I'm reading blogs this morning, and the last post I read also had Count Chocula in it. I think this is a sign.

  4. I too or we, my wife and me, participated in the wellness program (like we have a choice). Talk about causing a civil war, they should offer marriage counseling for when you have to tell you lovely wife that she needs to be tested etc.
    Me:Ummm, honey, ummmm, the nice people in city government want you to be tested and join their wellness program.
    Lovely wife of 30+ yrs.:Whattttttttt!!!!
    Me:Ducking as every household item is being thrown my way.
    So I must be doing everything wrong. I run, lift weights, watch what I eat to some degree (I love Marco's beef or come to think of it, anything on their menu) and the nurse told me after everything was near perfect..."hmmmm, you're overweight". I'm like WTF, I'm 6-03 and weigh 208 ...and I'm over weight? They MUST be wrong. My blood pressure is so good a nurse once asked me if I was dead. Really...true story.
    Now I have to try this Nutella thing your talking about.

    1. mmmm....Marco's beef.....

      Over-weight? at 208? I think they did the math wrong. But if you do need to get healthier for your next screening, I have a coupon for Nutella.

    1. Less? What's with less? Nutella is practically brocolli, right? And I know I spelled brocolli wrong, it's just that I never buy the stuff. (;

  8. It's been so long since I've had nutella. If I did buy it, I'd have to hide it in my closet because I have four girls and a husband who would eat it in one meal! LOL

  9. You're going to be so disappointed when you get the letter in the mail that they accidentally mixed up your results with someone else's ;)

  11. I am catching up on my Blog reading. Love your nutritional diet. Should we re-design the food pyramid? That thing never made sense anyway. I will be commenting on a couple others too, but off to work I go. I cannot tell my boss I was late because I have an obligation to comment on my 'blog friends' writings!
    How do we explain blog friends?? (see, I read that one too)
