One Chicago mom's attempt to keep an accurate log so her kids will have something helpful to show the therapists.
Believe it or not, I JUST recently tasted Nutella for the first time...Oh MY GOODNESS! Pure heaven in a jar! I keep eyeing the 2 pack at Costco everytime I see it, but I'm afraid it would be gone within a week.
A week would be a slow week for me! It's practically health food!
waiting with ba(i)ted breath.
I hope I delivered, Kirb!
Oh goodness ... I'm reading blogs this morning, and the last post I read also had Count Chocula in it. I think this is a sign.
Definitely a sign - and they were on sale at the grocery store!
Clearly those preservatives are, well, preserving you quite nicely!
My sentiments exactly!
I too or we, my wife and me, participated in the wellness program (like we have a choice). Talk about causing a civil war, they should offer marriage counseling for when you have to tell you lovely wife that she needs to be tested etc. Me:Ummm, honey, ummmm, the nice people in city government want you to be tested and join their wellness program.Lovely wife of 30+ yrs.:Whattttttttt!!!! Me:Ducking as every household item is being thrown my way. So I must be doing everything wrong. I run, lift weights, watch what I eat to some degree (I love Marco's beef or come to think of it, anything on their menu) and the nurse told me after everything was near perfect..."hmmmm, you're overweight". I'm like WTF, I'm 6-03 and weigh 208 ...and I'm over weight? They MUST be wrong. My blood pressure is so good a nurse once asked me if I was dead. Really...true story. Now I have to try this Nutella thing your talking about. MBF
mmmm....Marco's beef.....Over-weight? at 208? I think they did the math wrong. But if you do need to get healthier for your next screening, I have a coupon for Nutella.
No Yoo Hoo, Marianne???
It wouldn't fit in the picture.
You could be the next Atkins. I see book deals and how-to video's in your future!
What about my own spandex-free clothing line? Thanks for the ideas, Lil!
congratulations!! That's awesome!! Now, excuse me while I make myself a Nutella sandwich...guilt-free, I must add!!!
That's right! I've got the lab results to back up that decision!
Well I guess you try your best and eat those things less... Although everyone does love nutella
Less? What's with less? Nutella is practically brocolli, right? And I know I spelled brocolli wrong, it's just that I never buy the stuff. (;
It's been so long since I've had nutella. If I did buy it, I'd have to hide it in my closet because I have four girls and a husband who would eat it in one meal! LOL
You're going to be so disappointed when you get the letter in the mail that they accidentally mixed up your results with someone else's ;)
I just finished reading your article. I came by the other day, but somehow never got to the end. Oh this was good! So funny...keep eating that nutella. YUM!
I am catching up on my Blog reading. Love your nutritional diet. Should we re-design the food pyramid? That thing never made sense anyway. I will be commenting on a couple others too, but off to work I go. I cannot tell my boss I was late because I have an obligation to comment on my 'blog friends' writings! How do we explain blog friends?? (see, I read that one too)
