I pretty much assumed all conferences were dull and uninspiring.
But with BlogHer coming to Chicago next month, I have been told that the times are a-changing.

Oh lord, I've missed your musings.
ReplyDeleteYou know you need to get out more, when you view tic tacs as free swag. :)
Don't go bashing my Tic Tacs, Miss Lily. The orange ones are da bomb.
DeleteCan't wait to hear what it's like...in case it ever comes to Denver. And the best Halloween ever was when my husband and I went as Donny and Marie. We were seniors in college and the freshmen had no idea who we were.
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious!! I would've known who you were....Lil Bit Country & Lil Bit Rock 'n Roll!
DeleteYou are going to rock those 20 somethings' socks off lady! Have a great time, and take pictures for blackmail later. Conference parties are the BEST!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the vote of confidence, Mama!
DeleteI REALLY wanted to go to BlogHer this year, especially as it's in my fave big city. Unfortunately, I had already committed to Haven, and there's only one conference in the budget.
ReplyDeleteWhaddever. I'm holding this against you, Miss Kirby. Until next year, then! ;)
DeleteThey will all love you there. You should be a speaker there. Just don't drive after one of those parties.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Carol
No worries, Carol! I'm crashing there & no driving involved. The world will be safe. :0)
DeleteIf it ever comes to San Diego I will be there! And you'd better be too;)
